There are two ways you can register your account, either through the Connect™ Resident Portal or directly with ClickPay®.
Register for ClickPay® through the Connect™ Resident Portal
Step 1:
Login to your Connect™ Resident Portal account.
Step 2:
Click on the Make Payment button.
Step 3:
You will be taken to the ClickPay® website, where you can create your account by clicking the Register button in the top right-hand corner.
You now have access to online payments powered by ClickPay®, including one-time or scheduled payments.
Register directly with ClickPay®
Step 1:
Visit ClickPay®
Step 2:
Click the Register button in the top right-hand corner.
Step 3:
You will be taken to the registration form, please fill all fields marked with a * as these are mandatory fields. Once filled, click on the Create Account button, located at the end of the form.
Step 4:
You will then be asked to enter your FirstService Residential account number and to verify your last name. You can locate your account number on your monthly statement or in your welcome package. Once you have entered this information on the required field click on the Submit button to complete the process.
