To gain access to the strata corporation insurance documents, please visit the Connect™ Resident Support portal and follow the instructions below.
- Login to your Connect™ account here
- At the top left corner, next to the strata’s name, click on the three stacked lines icon
- Click on the Community icon
- Then click on the Forms and Documents banner
- Click on Insurance Documents
Please be informed that the new insurance policy will be available in Connect™ upon renewal once provided by the insurance broker.
Connect™ also contains many other documents regarding your strata corporation like appraisals and the earthquake deductible form.
