Form K
Strata Property Act of British Columbia stipulates that if an owner within a Strata Corporation wishes to rent their unit, the owner must provide the strata corporation the completed form K.
Fine Dispute Form
To dispute a fine/fee or chargeback, be sure to include all relevant details in your response for strata council consideration.
Bylaw/Rule Violation Complaint Form
To report alleged rules and bylaw violations, please use the Bylaw/Rule Violation Complaint form.
Application for Alterations
To obtain approval for alterations or renovations to your strata lot, owners are required to complete the Applications for Alterations form.
Document Request
For documents not found on the Connect™ Resident Portal, residents can request to order Strata Corporation documents/records for their building.
Note: fees are applied when ordering documents/records. These fees are outlined in the attached form.
Pet Registration
For strata corporations that allows pets, residents can register their pet via the pet registration form.
