To report alleged rule and bylaw violations please refer to our online fillable form by visiting our Support Portal, select the category Rules/Bylaws, then Report a Violation. Please be sure to include all the relevant details in your report for strata council consideration.
You will be contacted should the strata council require additional information. Any decisions relating to rule/bylaw violations will be posted in the council meeting minutes which are available to owners on the Connect™ Resident Portal.
A reasonable opportunity needs to be given to the resident to respond before the council; the council will determine which steps may be taken, which may or may not include imposing a fine.
